Position: Brand Coordinator

Compensation: $28/hr 

Hours: 8-12 hrs/week

About the brand + position:
HARDCOPY is a streetwear, art, and art-object company in downtown Austin. We design, import, and sell clothes and products for design snobs with a love of early 1990-2000’s graphic, graffiti, racing, electronic music, and psychedelic nostalgia. 

We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking, and design-oriented team member to help us produce photo + video content, post to IG/TT, and help ship a few orders every week. You will have budget to hire models. A strong aesthetic sense and eye for design are musts.

HARDCOPY’s founder, Harrison Richards, has sold $32,000,000 of products online. You will work + learn directly from him.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Scheduling and executing photoshoots in downtown ATX (2-3 hrs, in-person)
- Picking, packing, and shipping boxes (2 hrs, in-person)
- Editing videos (1-2 hrs)
- Posting video + photo content to Instagram, TikTok, X, etc. (1-2 hrs)
- Managing comments + DMs (30 mins/week)
- Managing returns + emails (30 mins/week)

Requirements & Preferences:
- Must have a strong aesthetic judgement
- Must be great at taking iPhone photos
- Must be present at 600 Guadalupe St on Monday and Wednesday for 3-4 hrs/day, every week
- Passion / knowledge for apparel and fashion preferred
- Passion / knowledge for art and design strongly preferred
